Interested in working together?

Taking the first step can feel daunting, especially when you're already navigating something difficult. I'm glad you're here.

To get started, please fill out the contact form below. I'll review your responses and reach out within 1–2 business days to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation — a chance for us to connect, for you to ask questions, and to get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.

Common Questions

  • I work with adolescents, young adults, parents, and families navigating a wide range of gender-related experiences — including gender dysphoria, transition-related decisions, detransition, and periods of questioning. I also work with parents and caregivers who are looking for support and guidance independent of whether their child is in therapy with me.

  • Both. I view parents and caregivers as essential partners in supporting a young person's wellbeing. Depending on your family's needs, our work might include individual sessions with your child, parent consultation, family therapy, or some combination. When I work individually with an adolescent, I typically meet with parents periodically as well — because I believe parents benefit from guidance and support throughout the process too.

  • My role is not to take sides or steer families toward a particular conclusion. I take an exploration-based approach that considers the whole person — their emotional life, developmental history, relationships, values, and broader context — rather than focusing narrowly on identity labels or moving quickly toward any specific outcome. I believe these questions deserve careful, unhurried exploration.

  • This is very common. Parent consultation can be a valuable starting point — working with you on how to stay connected, communicate more effectively, and support your child at home while we figure out next steps together.

  • That is completely valid and something I offer. Parenting a struggling child can bring up fear, grief, confusion, and exhaustion. You don't need to be in crisis to reach out, and you don't need your child to be in therapy with me in order to work together.

  • I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to start. From there, fees are as follows:

    • Individual intake (60 minutes): $210

    • Individual therapy (50 minutes): $160

    • Parent consultation (50 minutes): $160

    • Family intake (60 minutes): $250

    • Family sessions (50 minutes): $200

I am a private-pay practitioner and do not accept insurance. Upon request, I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance provider.

  • I offer both in-person and online therapy sessions. In-person appointments are available at my office in Philadelphia, PA. Telehealth sessions are available for clients located throughout Pennsylvania and Florida, allowing you to meet with me from the comfort of your home, office, or any private space where you feel safe and at ease.

Research consistently shows that telehealth therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy for many concerns. In some cases, it can even enhance the work by reducing travel stress, increasing consistency, and allowing you to engage in therapy within your real-life environment. For many clients, meeting from a familiar space supports greater openness and integration between sessions.

Whether you choose to meet in person or online, we'll work together to find the format that best supports your needs and goals.
